Production Services
Depending on the geographical location of your event, we can provide production services that include video and audio signal acquisition and mixing, lighting service and encoding.
Support Services (plans)
Vancast offers a free support platform where any user can search for knowledge about the platform as well as submit tickets for support.
All Basic and Agency account plans include ticket-based support (up to 24hours response time, 5 days a week). Nevertheless, we offer specific Support Plans on a monthly rate or per-event rate.
Enterprise Accounts include tailored support as mutually agreed.
Training Services
We offer training services to any company that wants to get an accurate in-depth knowledge of the VancastVideo platform. We especially recommend a training program for marketing agencies and audiovisual production companies. We can perform these programs either in person or on-line (or both).
