About the Role
We are searching for a hands-on, results-driven sales, marketing and support associate to help us grow our user base and increase brand awareness, while also assisting with other areas of the business as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote the VancastCloudVideo platform to potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify potential new customer segments and help create targeted email marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles that provide clear and concise instructions on how to use the VancastCloudVideo platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, acting as a liaison between them and the team
- Assist with customer support inquiries and help resolve any issues or concerns
- Work closely with the product team to provide feedback on customer needs and help improve the platform's features and functionality
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, such as assisting with customer operations, or other areas of the business
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing
Experience working in B2B SAAS (preferred)
Strong writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with marketing campaigns (preferred)
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (preferred)
A willingness to take on additional responsibilities and help out in other areas of the business as needed
Proficiency in English and Spanish (other languages are a bonus)
